Load Up Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026

In short

Load Up works offline and has no accounts. Your depot and progress stay on your device. The only data leaving your device is what Google AdMob uses to show ads.

What stays on your device

Load Up saves your game locally, on your phone only: coins, trucks, upgrades, docks, missions, the city you play in, the daily puzzle streak, garage paints and horns, and your sound, music and reminder settings. We (the developer) never receive this data. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Load Up has no sign-in, does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, location or microphone, and does not include any analytics service of its own.

Reminders

If you allow notifications, Load Up schedules a few reminders on your phone when you leave the game (for example when a truck is back or a new daily puzzle is ready). They are created and shown by your device alone; nothing is sent to a server. You can turn them off in the game's settings or in Android's settings.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Load Up is free and shows ads through Google AdMob: a full-screen ad now and then after you send a truck, and optional video ads you choose to watch (double earnings, boosts, hints and some truck paints). To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process:

Google acts under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy, and explains its use of data in partner apps at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices

Children

Load Up is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete or object to the processing of your data. Because the developer does not store personal data about you, requests about advertising data are best handled through your consent settings above and Google's tools at myaccount.google.com. You can always contact us for help.

Security and changes

Data sent by the AdMob SDK is encrypted in transit. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
