6. Çocukların Gizliliği

This privacy policy explains how the Cardex mobile application (“App”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Data We Collect

Account information: your email address for sign-up and login (authentication via Supabase).
Location: only when you use the “Nearest Repair Shop” feature, your approximate/precise location is used to show nearby services and processed with Google Maps. Location is not collected in the background.
Vehicle & maintenance data: the vehicle, maintenance, and reminder data you enter is stored locally on your device (SQLite).
Support chat: messages you send to the in-app support bot are processed to answer you (AI provider Groq).

2. How We Use Data

Create your account and verify your login,
Show nearby repair shops on a map,
Provide maintenance reminders and notifications,
Respond to your support requests.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following services; your data is subject to their privacy policies:

Supabase — authentication and data infrastructure
Google Maps Platform — maps and location
Groq — AI responses for the support bot

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your account data is retained until you delete your account. Vehicle data on your device is removed when you uninstall the App. To request deletion of your account and data, email us.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Requests: asease42@gmail.com

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
